Is It So Wrong To Love Something Intangible?

After all, you can’t kill an idea.  It will never lie to you, never betray you, never hurt you, never leave you.  I might never know it’s real since the only interaction is in my mind.  I can’t see it, smell it, touch it, taste it, or hear it the same way as I do when someone is standing in front of me.  Does that make it not real?  I don’t think so.  And I am not going to let anyone or anything take it away from me.
